Past Experience

Prior to joining Segovia Partners in 2024, Marc Offit, Esq. launched Braden Real Estate in 2017 – a boutique advisory company dedicated to serving retail and restaurant real estate clients. Marc’s background includes CEO and Founder of Sierra U.S., where he built a brokerage business to a height of 35 brokers in 4 States over 16 years.

Marc started his retail career at General Growth Properties, where he was Senior Vice President of Leasing and Asset Management – overseeing 12M square feet of retail space in the Midwest. This background, along with first-hand knowledge of almost every major project throughout the country, provides Marc with the vision to complete over 300 restaurant deals across 48 of the 50 states with influential brands.
