As a Transaction Coordinator at Segovia, Bonnie brings a well-rounded foundation across multiple commercial real estate disciplines. A Florida native from Ponte Vedra Beach, she spent three years interning with a retail real estate company in Oxford, Mississippi, before completing a summer internship in Dallas focused on industrial and office landlord leasing, tenant representation, and investments. That work gave her firsthand knowledge of the Dallas market and exposure to retail, industrial, and office assets on both the investment and leasing sides, building a broad understanding of real estate and how deals come together from start to finish.
