Experience

Graduating from Southern Methodist University in 2025 with a B.A. in Economics and minors in Spanish and Business, Freddy is the newest member of Segovia Partners. He previously interned with the firm during the spring semester of his senior year, where he thoroughly enjoyed working in retail real estate and especially with this team.

At Segovia, Freddy is working closely with senior colleagues to expand his knowledge of landlord and tenant representation. He is passionate about bringing new brands and concepts to the Dallas market and is currently working with Las Vegas–based McLain Camarota Hospitality’s concepts, GoTo Foods’ new Cinnabon Swirl, and local operators in the salon, medical, and pet industries.

In his free time, Freddy loves to exercise, cook, support SMU and DC sports, and spend time with his three siblings
