Freddy joined Segovia Partners full time upon graduating from Southern Methodist University in 2025 with a B.A. in Economics and minors in Spanish and Business. He previously interned with the firm during the spring semester of his senior year, where he thoroughly enjoyed working in retail real estate and learning from the team.

 

At Segovia, Freddy works in both tenant representation and project leasing and especially enjoys working with new to market concepts from out of town hospitality groups as they enter Dallas. He is passionate about bringing new brands to the Dallas market and works with Las Vegas based McLain Camarota Hospitality, Atlanta’s K5 Hospitality, Rise and Shine Hospitality out of California, and GoTo Foods, to name a few.

 

In his free time, Freddy loves to exercise, support SMU and DC sports, and spend time with his three siblings.
