Joe has more than 20 years of experience representing national and regional tenants in commercial real estate, with a focus on site selection, lease negotiation, portfolio strategy, and complex real estate transactions. Throughout his career, Joe has helped leading brands identify, negotiate, and secure locations across markets nationwide.

Joe’s experience includes representing Target through 2024, where his work included the company’s first 165,000-square-foot store, all of Target’s small-format locations throughout Illinois, and a national college campus program. Every Target location Joe placed remains open today.

Joe also represents CVS Pharmacy across multiple markets, supporting its micro-pharmacy rollout as well as lease negotiations, lease extensions, buyouts, and disposition leasing. His hospitality experience includes representing P.Square Hospitality across its portfolio of concepts, including Shang Noodles, Paris Baguette, and Niu Sushi.

Since joining Segovia Partners, Joe has continued to focus on strategic tenant representation, helping clients evaluate opportunities, navigate negotiations, and execute real estate strategies that support their long-term growth.
