A Dallas native and recent graduate of the University of Mississippi, Nico earned his degree in Finance while developing a strong passion for commercial real estate. He previously interned with Segovia Partners, where he was first introduced to the fast-paced world of retail brokerage, and most recently completed an internship with CBRE in Dallas, gaining valuable experience at one of the industry’s leading global firms. Now back with Segovia as a Broker Associate, Nico is excited to officially launch his career in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, focused on delivering strategic solutions for both landlords and tenants. Outside of work, Nico enjoys playing basketball, spending time outdoors, and following sports.
